Physician Associates Providing Care to Wildfire Affected Communities

In response to the devastating Southern California wildfires, many community-led organizations are actively leading local relief efforts. Following recommendations from area legislators, CAPA encourages you to connect directly with these groups to offer your assistance. When reaching out, be sure to emphasize your qualifications as a Physician Associate (PA) and your ability to provide essential health services to those in need. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your local district legislators to inquire if they need any further support.

Below are three organizations actively providing medical relief to those affected by the wildfires. Please note that some organizations may not currently need additional support due to an influx of financial and volunteer assistance. However, your unique skills could still make a difference where they are needed most. Please feel free to share any experiences or challenges you have encountered while delivering care in wildfire-affected areas with the CAPA community. Thank you for your continued dedication to supporting communities in need.
